I typically add 15 ounces (by weight) white wine concentrate and 1/2 pound of sugar when I make this. Primary fermentation - let it sit for 4 weeks, then degas and clear it. Wait 4 weeks. Siphon it off the lees and store it in a dark place for 8 weeks. In 4 months you have a terrific table/sipping wine.
