I had several issues with this item however I needed one right away so I kept it and did not return it. One, there were no slots for cold packs. Two the materials seemed unusually light weight which brings up two concerns, stability and wear. With the exception of the provision for cold packs the overall design was good. Had I not had an immediate need I would have returned it.The frame is weak and flimsy. The undercarriage broke at the foot of the bag, the entire unit collapsed under the weight of the 12 bottles it designed to hold , if you are a wine professional RUN from this crap.
