In original order, 2 of the glasses were shattered. I requested an exchange and 1 of the glasses in the second package were shattered. I combined what wasn’t broken from both packages to make a set and sent the rest back. They’re really thin, drinking out of them I’m afraid I’m going to break it just drinking from itMy wife loves these and has asked for more after having them for a year. However, we learned the hard way that the coloring is on the surface, not in the glass. Most dishwasher packets contain a mild abrasive that will remove the coloring after a few washes. Hand wash only!Pretty wine glasses .Gave it 4 stars because I found it was a bit costlyI originally ordered two 4 packs of these glasses. I'd been looking for some reasonably priced stemware that was multi-purpose. They arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was some breakage experienced in one of the 4 packs. I called customer service, and they offered cheerful, stress-free help, and an immediate, highly satisfactory resolution to my problem. Following that, I wanted to wait to post my review until I'd had a chance to actually use the glasses. I'd been looking for durable, versatile and good-looking wine glasses, and these certainly fit the bill. I especially like that they're the perfect glass for white, rose and red wines...no more having a plethora of glasses in cupboards and at the table. They're also elegant-looking, both in your hand, as well as with a tablesetting. My granddaughter and eer husband recently purchased a house, and I already know that a set (or two!) of these wine glasses will be the perfect housewarming gift.Got these as a gift. Pictures don't do them justice - they are much prettier. Don't know how durable they will be; they feel like they could be pretty fragile. But then, if you want durable, you know where you can find it. These are glasses to treasure, not to pass around at your next cook-out or beach party.I absolutely love these glasses! I was so worried that they would arrive broken because of the reviews that I read but they arrived in perfect condition. The glasses are also very lovely and I think that they will hold up well. Even though you are supposed to be able to put them in the dish washer, I personally choose not to.So the things I like.. they are pretty and dishwasher safe.Many people like their wine glasses like they like a woman’s bosoms... large. While many people would say “the bigger the better” there is a limit to that philosophy and this glass is right there. Seriously I think I could pour half a bottle of wine in this glass. I would actually prefer if it was about 33% smaller. But they aren’t so big they are unusable.So in the end they are nice I would recommend them just know they are the most voluptuous wine glasses you will ever seeReceived these for Christmas. Very pretty. Sturdy but not clunky. We hand wash all our stemware so I can't speak to dishwasher friendliness. Nice size. Especially pretty with roses and whites, but good size glass for reds also. I've brought them as a Christmas present as was a little worried about what they would actually be like. They are beautiful and packaging is classy . I know the couple I am giving them to will love them. I might have to put them on my Christmas list as well!!!
